Most of what you'll find at The Farm Stand comes from small, family-owned vineyards and artisan winemakers working in the natural wine tradition: organic or biodynamic farming, native yeasts, minimal additions, and no industrial shortcuts. These are bottles made by people, not corporations.
We stock wines that pair with how people in this part of Massachusetts actually eat — crisp whites for Berkshire picnics, bright reds for Winchendon cookouts, skin-contact and orange wines for the curious, and a rotating shelf of surprises our buyer fell in love with this month.
What we typically carry
Natural red wine
Light, juicy reds from small producers — French Gamay, Italian Frappato, old-vine Spanish field blends, and low-intervention New World bottles.

Pétillant-naturel and traditional-method sparkling wines from small producers. A rotating shelf of bottles that are a little weird in the best way.

Whites fermented on their skins — textured, aromatic, and great with strong cheeses and braised dishes.

Dry, structured rosés from Provence and beyond — the kind that actually hold up to food, not just the pool.
Pair with what's across the parking lot
Because we're also a working vegetable farm, our wine selection is chosen to match what's actually coming out of the ground. In high summer, look for grassy Sauvignon Blancs to drink with our heirloom tomatoes. In fall, structured reds for squash and braised greens. Ask whoever's working the register — they'll tell you what they'd pour tonight.
